The anime "Even the Student Council Has Flaws!" is a school comedy that lovingly satirizes the idea of perfect order. The student council in this story isn't a club of flawless honor students, but a team of real people who take on power and responsibility yet constantly stumble over their own weaknesses. One is too serious and forgets that students aren't robots. Another is brilliant at planning but panics in face-to-face interactions. The third looks lazy, but it's precisely this person who saves the day when everything falls apart. Each episode revolves around a school event — a festival, assembly, discipline check, or conflict between classes — and almost always ends with plans going wrong and the characters having to improvise. Behind the humor lies a warm idea: leadership isn't about being error-free, but about the ability to admit mistakes and not shift blame onto others. The anime delivers a light mood, cozy team dynamics, and many relatable moments where growing up happens right in the middle of the next mishap.
